- 90792 Diagnostic Evaluation with Medical services (My fee $ 300)

 

45 MINUTE FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT

- 99214 + 90836 Medication Check (Moderate Complexity)

   and 38-52 minutes of Psychotherapy. (My fee is $300)

 

20 MINUTE FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT

 - 99213 +90833 Medication Check (Moderate Complexity)

    and 16-37 minutes of Psychotherapy. (My fee is $200)
